Haiti Disaster Relief
In response to the congregational challenge to help in the wake of the Haiti tragedy, Life Baptist Church is initially responding in three ways:
1. PRAYER FOR THE PEOPLE OF HAITI

Pray for families to be reunited

Pray for basic services to be restored

Pray for stability within the government and leadership

Pray for relief efforts to be unhindered

Pray for a spiritual awakening that sweeps the country
2. BUCKETS OF HOPE
LIFE got practically involved by shipping 125 buckets of Hope to Haiti. Click here to read more.
3. INDIVIDUAL GIFTS

This opportunity allows for flexibility of time and resources.
As a church, we received a number of other great ideas (i.e. sending tents, mission trip, restocking an orphanage, etc.).However, due to the instability of the country and the lack of relationships on the field -- we will have to reassess these options in the future.
