8 Questions
and the God who's asking
The more we pursue Christ, the more questions we will encounter.
While each of us have questions for God -- did you know that God
has questions for you?
It seems like the Christian response for hard questions is often the same: "Just believe!" it sounds easy, but for people with real questions -- it offers little hope.
People want to know belief is more than wishful thinking or blind acceptance. In this series, we address three common concerns to belief:
On an average day in America 6,750 marriages begin and 7,200 marriages end. In the United States, over 50% of first marriages end in divorce, 67% of second marriages end in divorce, and nearly 74% of third marriages end in divorce. Between 1970 and 1990, the number of marriage counselors in the U.S. increased 50-fold to keep up with the demand of hurting couples.
In a society struggling to keep marriages together, where do you go
for advice? This series challenges people to return to the Source.
Not only did God create marriage, but He also provided insights for successful marriages. Join us as we study God's design for marriage
from Ephesians 5.
While there have been many sermons preached and many more books written on the subject of prayer, this 4-part message series on prayer shares practical insights that will strengthen your prayer life.
Everything that God desires to do in and through our lives, He will accomplish out of the overflow of our relationship with Him.
This is a 3-part CD series with the following titles:
FOCUS
The Power of One
We live in a culture bombarded with competing messages, difficult news, contradictory ideas, and personal philosophies. Some information can be great, but too much information can paralyze people in fear.
In a world filled with fear, you can live with focus!
grace (noun)
God doing in, through, and for us what we cannot do ourselves.
This is a 6-part CD series that answers the question of how this Christian life is to be lived –day-to-day.
Learning to Rest
Recovering a Better Life from a Busy Life
One of the struggles of our society is finding the discipline of rest. Did you know that the Bible specifically addresses the balance between rest and work, prioritizing your life, and restoring a sense of peace? This 3-part CD series shares key principles that can change the rest of your life.
Spiritual Warfare
A Guide for Every Believer
Whether we realize it or not, every Christian is involved in spiritual warfare. Spiritual warfare describes the ongoing struggle that exists between the advancement of God's Kingdom and the opposing influence of evil. Through the course of six messages -- two concepts will be emphasized repeatedly:
What you believe determines how you act, and how you act determines if you win.
We cannot pick our battles, but we can choose our level of victory.
It is important for Christians to know that Christ already has the victory. However, His victory only becomes our victory -- when He lives through us. These messages are designed to help believers live from the overflow of their relationship with Christ and enjoy the victory they have in Christ.
G.K. Chesterton said, "The only two things that can satisfy the soul are a person and a story, and even the story must be about a person." One Week To Freedom is a series of messages that trace Jesus' final week before the cross, and how His sacrifice secured our freedom.
Through the collaborative testimony of the four Gospel writers we will experience the culture, the sights, the events, and the stories that happened on each day of the Passion Week.
In addition to the learning the events of each day, believers will also see the redemptive story of God that moves from creation to the cross. Join us as we study the greatest story ever told, about the greatest Person who ever lived.
