Andrew Reed, Lead Pastor.
Andrew was born in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 18, 1982. He grew up at Twin Lakes Baptist Church in Las Vegas attending every service and event that the church offered. While attending a summer teen camp in Flagstaff, Arizona he placed his faith in Christ and was saved. After finishing high school he spent one year at the College of Southern Nevada. During that one year of community college, God began to make it clear that His will for Andrew’s life was to preach the Word in full-time ministry. After surrendering to the explicit call of God on his life, he enrolled at West Coast Baptist College in Lancaster, California. During the second year of Bible college Andrew met Angela and they soon started dating. They were married February 24, 2006. Andrew graduated from West Coast with his bachelors degree in Church Ministries and immediately joined the staff of Shadow Mountain Baptist Church in Morgan Hill, California. After a year and a half on staff in California, he became the lead pastor of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Cortez, Colorado. He served as pastor there in Colorado for 7 years before following the Lord’s leadership to plant a church in the Phoenix, Arizona metro area. Andrew and Angela planted South Hills Baptist Church in Queen Creek, Arizona and he pastored in Arizona for almost 7 years. The church in Arizona became a part of a multi-congregational church named Christ Church. He is currently enrolled as an online student at Southern Seminary to complete his Master’s of Divinity Degree. Andrew and Angela have been married for almost 16 years and they have four children: Ava (13), Allison (11), Adrian (9), and Anderson (3).
